Our cottage is fully furnished, winterized, well equipped and appointed. $1,100 a month. 305 Lake Street, Southampton. Utilities, cable and unlimited WIFI are included. Available October 1st to April 30th, 2018.

The cottage has 2 levels, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1st bedroom has a queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has double bed bunk beds. There is a large well equipped kitchen, built in washer, dryer and dishwasher. Gas fireplace, baseboards, gas BBQ, large living room with leather pullout couch, flat screen TV, DVD player and a large deck. We provide cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, sheets and towels.
