This is a non-smoking, non-party house. Respect for other peoples work schedules is a must.

A deposit of one months’ rent is required on booking and held as last month rent. If you get laid off suddenly this is 100% refundable when you move out.

Each month is payable on the 1st in cash or via Interac E-Transfer.
