Room includes a private bathroom/shower and possible garage parking for one car (driveway parking for a second car). Rent includes all utilities (heat, electricity, water, AC, taxes, and hi-speed internet). All common areas inside and out are fully maintained and occasionally shared weekends with the owners. Common areas include the kitchen with 5-appliances, dining and living rooms, laundry room with W/D, rec room and backyard with BBQ. Regular maintenance includes twice a month interior and bathroom/kitchen cleaning, weekly lawn cutting and yard maintenance, winter driveway and walkway plowing/shovelling, and annual window cleaning. Home is a south-side split-level ranch style bungalow perched on a hill running down to the beach and facing west overlooking Lake Huron.
