From October to the end of April 2026, the newly renovated South Beach Motel is offering fully furnished suites for weekly and monthly rentals. These suites have a full kitchenette complete with fridge, oven/cooktop and dishwasher. Utilities, cable & internet all included.

• King Studio - $1600 / month
$550 / week

• 1 Bedroom - $2000 / month
$675 / week

• 2 Bedroom - $2200 / month
$750 / week

There will be mandatory weekly cleans required at a rate of $50 per week
