This spacious unit is move-in ready! Fully furnished, including kitchen utensils, bathroom towels and bedding with an ensuite bathroom for the primary bedroom. The bedrooms have window AC units in the warm months, and there is a natural gas fireplace for the winter. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the secondary room has a double. The unit has a separate entrance, in-unit laundry, two parking spots, and a fully-fenced backyard with a gas BBQ, a bonfire pit, and a separate covered patio. It also comes with wifi and a Fire TV Stick with access to cable and a Netflix guest account.

Please be aware the owners live upstairs with two medium-sized shelties and there are chickens that free range in the backyard. For this reason, this rental is not suitable for someone with unfriendly or prey driven dogs.
